What you need:
- 3 eggs
- 1 white onion, sliced into rings
- 1/2 cup cubed hard cheese of your choice
- Olive oil for frying
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Spicy Cashew Breakfast Omelette

For the omelette:
- 8 eggs
- 2 green chilis, chopped
- 6 large poppadums, roasted and broken into large pieces
- 1 capsicum, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2/3 cup cashew nuts
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
