Grilled Garlic-Sriracha Chicken
What you need:
- 1/2 kg. chicken thigh fillets
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
When ready, discard the remaining marinade and place chicken fillets on a grill pan. Cook on a pre-heated grill over medium-high heat until cooked through. Serve with your choice of rice or salad.
Yummy Seasoned Flank Steak
What you need:
- 3/4 kg. flank steak
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed and peeled
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Optional
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
When ready, thaw the steak for 20 minutes before cooking on the grill. Cook on a pre-heated grill for 4-5 mins. per side or longer, depending on your desired doneness. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Grilled Soy Garlic Salmon
What you need:
- 1 1/2 kg. side of salmon, sliced into 6 portions, skin on
- 1/3 cup olive oil, plus more for the grill
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
When ready, cook the salmon on a pre-heated grill over medium-high heat for 4 mins per side. Once cooked, remove skin, pour reserved marinade and serve.
