Ingredients:

  • 2 Bananas, peeled and slices (chunks)
  • 2 Cups of milk
  • 1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder, Optional 
Steps:

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, ensuring all ingredients have mixed well.
Tip: Freeze banana for a more 'chunky' smoothie
